In real property located on Overhead Bridge Road in Maury and Lewis Counties.

In the above styled cause, it satisfactorily appears from allegations properly sworn to that you, the said Defendants are a non-resident of the State of Tennessee, so that ordinary process of this court cannot be served on you. Upon motion, it is therefore ordered that publication be made for you for 4 consecutive weeks in the Lewis County Herald, a newspaper of generation circulation, published in Hohenwald, Lewis County, Tennessee, notifying you to file a written plea or answer to the complaint in this cause with the Court at the Courthouse in Columbia, Tennessee, and serve a copy thereof with Plaintifff’s attorney Tammy Anderson of Columbia, Tennessee, on or before 30 days from April 28, 2023. And if you fail to do so, the Plaintiff will apply to the court for judgement by default against you for the relief demanded in the complaint and this cause will be set for hearing, ex parte, at Columbia, Tennessee.
