red oak; thence North 43 degrees
West 585 feet to a stake in
a fence, Norris and Seiber`s line;
thence with the same South 3
degrees West 60 feet to a point;
thence South 25 degrees East
247 feet; thence with the fence
South 26 degrees 30 minutes
East 1310 feet to a point in the
center of Cothran Road; thence
with the same North 71 degrees
East 109 feet to a point; thence

conveyed to Ruth Annie Hunt, a
single person by Warranty Deed
from Dennis D. Young, II and
wife, Christine Young, recorded
on the 25th day of January, 1991
in Deed Book A-52, Page 239,
in the Register`s Offi ce of Lewis
County, Tennessee.
This conveyance is subject
to any and all existing easements
and restrictions as shown of record.

only as Substitute Trustee.

Parties in the advertisement,
then the Notice of this foreclosure
is being given to them
and the Sale will be subject to the

the sale is subject to confi rmation
