TENNESSEE NATIONAL RACEWAY

What a night of racing on July 29, 2023. Even with the rain that came and delayed us about a hour. We was happy to see most of the fans stuck it out and watched some the best racing we have had in a while in Super Late Model and CRUSA Modified racing! All the other races were good as well.

Chris Hickerson and Bear Ashworth keep giving the drivers the best surface to race on and the track was fast all night even after the shower we were considering rescheduling the race, but we stuck it out and were so pumped about the racing we just couldn't wait so we got the track dried out and rolled back in and man was it even faster!!

With 29 Super Late Models entered with the Southern All Star Dirt Racing Series and the top 24 made the feature and wow what a race it was with Oakley Johns taking the win making this his first win in a Super Late Model in front of his hometown crowd!

Also, The winner of the Mini Cup this weekend was Wyatt Carroll , his winnings was a trophy board and $100 sponsored by Ardmore Auto & Truck repair!

All of the staff at the track was so excited about this show and making our 1st Annual Clay Smith Memorial a great one and all our track crew for working so hard short handed... Y'all rocked it!!!
