The Lewis County High School golf teams were at home on the course at Hohenwald Municipal on Monday, August 14 with matches with Hickman County, Perry County, and Hampshire.

In girls’ play, Perry County ended the day with a team total of 93, good enough for first. Lewis County finished second, three strokes back at 96, and Hickman County was third with a 115. Hampshire did not play as a girls’ team in the match. Lewis County’s Abby Carroll was low medalist on the day, firing a 41. Linley Harris finished with a 55, and Peyton James a 65.

In boys’ play, Lewis County finished first in team play with a total of 183, Hickman County was second at 189, Perry County third with a 191, and Hampshire fourth with 212. Steele Moseley of Lewis County tied for low medalist with a 42. River Carroll ended the day with a 44, Carter Webb had a 47, Bo Banks a 50, Keegan Carroll-Clayton and Ryder Ward a 51, and Everett Bates a 56.
