Amy Jett

A local hairstylist and owner of Main Street Beauty Company, Amy Jett, has just returned from an unbelievable experience styling models hair for New York Fashion Week. Amy has been serving our community as a hairstylist for the last 11 years and is dedicated to excellence. Amy was invited in February of this year to join a team of 25 stylists, mostly consisting of her fellow coworkers on the education team for the global haircare brands Rusk and Aquage, for this September's New York Fashion Week event.

Amy styled the hair of 4 models for 4 different designers on the runway. She worked with the team alongside Hollywood celebrity stylist Ted Gibson and branded herself anew. It is an accomplishment that she says is "unmeasurable and surreal." She's been invited back to participate in New York Fashion Week next February to represent herself again and also in September for Paris Fashion Week where she will travel to Paris, France and represent herself, for the first time, internationally.

Amy has a love for all things hair and has enjoyed the experience styling hair but her passion lies with color. Amy is an educator for the color and care brand Rusk where she travels all over the country to educate other stylists in salons and schools on how to understand with confidence and excel using the brand. She's a blonding, corrective color and vivid color specialist. She enjoys making her guests feel comfortable and confident. Amy is currently expanding her availability to new guests and is always looking to make new friends and connections. "We are all so thankful to have someone nationally recognized and sought after providing services to the people of this county. We are also so proud of her accomplishments and cannot wait to see where her journeys take her," stated a customer.
