Serving Hohenwald, Lewis County Tennessee Since 1898
Leaders from communities across middle Tennessee gathered in Lincoln County last week to celebrate the Grand Opening of the South Central Human Resource Agency's new $1 Million commodoties warehouse in Fayetteville.
The SCHRA serves thirteen counties in south central Tennessee, including Lewis, and provides low income individuals and communities across its district with access to educational, economic, nutritional and social services that promote and encourage self-reliance.
The SCHRA also helps provide home energy assistance to low income households, homemaker care services for the disabled, nutritional meals for the elderly, quality educational programs for children, and offers several important services for Veterans.
"Congratulations to Executive Director, Paul Rosson, and his team at the SCHRA on this beautiful new warehouse, which will provide them with more space to store food for the residents of our district, as well as increase the productivity and efficiency of their commodoties program," stated Lewis County Mayor, Jonah Keltner.
