Billie Faye Bennett, 75, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2023, in Hampshire, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 15, 1948, in Pikeville, Kentucky, to the late Otis Osborn and Bertha Sword Osborn.

Faye was a proud supporter of Lewis County football, she was a familiar face in the stands, cheering on our Panthers with passion. She loved going to the river with her family. She found joy in the shared experiences with her family in a place that she held so dear. Her love for gospel music was profound, often filling her home with uplifting melodies. Her children and grandchildren will hold close the memories of her voice singing their favorite songs.

Faye's love story with her beloved Jerry was one for the ages. They spent countless hours loafing around, riding back roads, sharing stories, and creating memories together that will last forever. Their love was a testament to their commitment and devotion to each other. Every Memorial Day, she looked forward to going back to Kentucky. It was a time of remembrance and reconnection with her family.

She cherished family dinners, where laughter, love, and home-cooked meals were shared. Her family was the most important thing. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a doting grandmother. Her love for her family was boundless, and she left a lasting impression on the hearts of those she cherished.

In addition to her parents, Otis Osborn and Bertha Sword Osborn, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Eugene Osborn, Lavonne Larson, and Emeline Harland, and her granddaughter Britany Bennett.
