The weather has been more like winter again this past week and the temperatures at night have been in the thirties some nights. Everywhere you look there is leaves and more leaves and the trees are not yet completely bare. We have had some rain which is really welcome because we are below the level we usually get for the fall.

This past Thursday my sister, Mary Ann and I joined the Primetimers group on an outing to the Catfish Campus in Columbia for a meal and fellowship and a guest speaker Jeremy Butt who is a very interesting young man, and we enjoyed his stories from his fellowship with primetimers he had worked with in the past. It was a very interesting night and good food and fellowship with others.
Prayers for all those who have lost loved ones this past week. These are the ones I know about Douglas James King, Earline D Harris, Cynthia Louise Showers, Allen Stanley Wayne Hawks, Jackie Wayne Halbrooks, and Charles Michael “Mike” Rochelle. Prayers for these families and any others about which I may not know.
Praying that you and your family enjoy the week coming up and remember those who are less fortunate and pray for those you know who are in need.
