IN THIS CAUSE, it appearing from the Complaint filed, that the defendants the Unknown Heirs of Douglas McKinney and Unknown Heirs of Juana McKinney, non-residents of Tennessee or whose whereabouts cannot be ascertained upon diligent search and inquiry, it is ordered that said defendants Unknown Heirs of Douglas McKinney and Unknown Heirs of Juana McKinney, file an answer with the Clerk and Master of the Chancery Court at Lewis County, Tennessee and with Brian Linkowski, an attorney whose address is 4170 Ashford Dunwoody Rd., Suite 475, Atlanta, GA 30319 within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication or a judgment by default will be taken against you and cause set for hearing Ex Parte as to you before Chancellor Michael E. Spitzer’s at the Lewis County Chancery Court, 110 North Park Avenue, Hohenwald, TN 38462. This Notice will be published in the Lewis County Herald newspaper for four (4) consecutive weeks.
