After Roll Over on Buffalo Road
A one vehicle accident on January 2 resulted in the driver being life-flighted.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol report, Noah Carroll was traveling south in a 1996 Jeep Cherokee over a hill crest on Buffalo Road when he failed to see another vehicle slowing down in the same traffic lane. Evidence showed Carroll swerved left into the north bound lane to avoid the other vehicle. Carroll then exited the left side of the roadway and struck a ditch. The vehicle then rotated 180 degrees with the front end facing east and began to overturn. The vehicle continued on approximately 100 feet before coming to a final rest on its left side facing north.
Carroll was life flighted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for his injuries that included: fractured right shoulder blade, three fractured vertebrae, and a small brain bleed.
