Beatrice Runnels

Beatrice Runnels, age 95, of Summertown, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Religious and wise, her love for God, family and friends never wavered. She was a remarkable woman - a pillar of strength and kindness who kept us laughing with her sharp wit and clever mind.

She will live on in our hearts and the memories we cherish.

She was preceded in her passing by her husband, James "Jim" Runnels; son, Walter "Louie" Runnels; father, Luther Kilgoar; mother, Lela Dickson Mcknight; aunt, Tealy Fielding; brothers, Walter, Oliver, Bob, and Virgil Kilgoar; and granddaughter, Sandy Kobeck.
