Johnie (Johnny) Creasy departed his earthly home on February 7th, at home surrounded by his loving wife and sons. He was born in Perry County to the late Amos and Edie Creasy.
Johnny was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hohenwald. Johnny was a true patriot, serving 3 years in the Army National Guard as a "sharpshooter." Johnny, a loving father and grandfather, was an avid sports fan especially when his sons or grandchildren were on the field.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his precious dog, Snuggles.
Most of all Johnny was devoted to his wife, Wanda, a love story that lasted 56 years.
Johnny was preceded in death by two sons, Dwayne Creasy and Kerry Don Seiber, and a daughter-in-law, Janet Seiber.
Survivors included his wife, Wanda Creasy; son, Kevin (Katie) Creasy of Murfreesboro; son, Jerry Seiber of Columbia; son, Tony Creasy of Waynesboro; and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at McDonald Funeral Home on Saturday, February 10th. Burial followed in Deavers Cemetery.
