Buffalo Valley Inc. Celebrates Second Group of Graduates from Matrix Model Substance Abuse Treatment Program*

Six individuals graduated from the Buffalo Valley Inc. Matrix Model in Criminal Justice Settings Substance Abuse Treatment Program at Lewis County Jail on February 19.
