Police Report

The following is the City of Hohenwald Police Report for April 19-May 3. This is a record of police action and is not intended to imply innocence or guilt of charges placed.

William H. Clinton, Grover Drive, was charged with driving on a revoked drivers license on April 22.

CHARGES DISMISSED. Darren R. Lyle, North Walnut Street, was charged with disorderly conduct on April 22.

Jonathan N. DeVault, West Main Street, was charged with public intoxication and resisting stop-arrest on April 19.

Dakota J. Allison, Smith Avenue, was charged with probation violation warrant, simple possession/casual exchange, and methamphetamine-manufacture, deliver, sell or possessing on April 26.

Larry W. Sims, North Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities on April 28.

Earl N. Britton, Hwy. 438W, Linden, was charged with driving on a suspended drivers license, methamphetamine-manufacture, deliver, sell or possessing; drug paraphernalia on April 30.

Anita G. Brewer, Kelly Road, Leoma, was charged with shoplifting on May 2.

Johanna M. Potts, Edgefield Drive, was charged with domestic assault and simple assault on May 2.
