Police Report

The following is the City of Hohenwald Police Report for May 13-20, 2024. This is a record of police action and is not intended to imply innocence or guilt of charges placed. John F. Falzone, West 4th Avenue, was charged with drug paraphernalia on May 13.

Jeffrey W. Gallaher, North Park Street, was charged with driving on a revoked driver’s license on May 14.

Elizabeth L. Clark, Neely Avenue, Shelbyville, was charged with methamphetamine manufacture, deliver, sell, or possessing and drug paraphernalia on May 15.

Curtis R. Cagle, Highway 48, was charged with drug paraphernalia on May 15.

Blake R. Beckhart, Highway 82, Shelbyville, was charged with methamphetamine manufature, deliver, sell or possessing; drug paraphernalia, prohibited purchases or possession by minors, and theft of property on May 15.

Shirley M. Rathier, Trace Creek Road, was charged with two counts of theft of property on May 18.

Elizabeth A. Wedlake, Maple Street, was charged with domestic assault on May 16.

Krystal A. Pedigo, Camelot Drive, was charged with DUI, third offense on May 17.

Andrew D. Hennessy, Buffalo Road, was charged with theft of property on May 18.

Scott A. Lynch, Hohenwald, was charged with aggravated burglary and theft of property on May 20.

Maston L. Wood, Bell Drive, Linden, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange on May 20.

Mackenzie B. Johannessen, Swan Avenue, was charged with two counts of simple possession/casual exchange and drug paraphernalia on May 20.
