A single vehicle accident

A single vehicle accident was reported Monday , July 15, around 8 p.m. Emergency response personnel were directed th Buffalo Road nead Freedom Holy Temple and found a white pick-up off the roadway.

The driver was reported as Tim Frazier and Lifeflight was called to transport Frazier due to his injuries.
