FOCUS ON VIBRANT HEALTH

Series: FOCUS ON VIBRANT HEALTH | Story 20

Your emotional health is a critical part of your health and happiness. Emotional and physical health are inseparable. There are 5 perspectives that can help. The first one is recognizing stress, which was covered last time. The second perspective is your attitude.

Attitude

The science of quantum physics shows that you create your reality through your thoughts. Knowing this reveals how critically important it is to have positive-oriented thoughts, beliefs, values and attitudes. These are key factors for having vibrant health.

How can you build a positive mindset? Focus on your strengths and positive qualities. Make a list to remind yourself. Ask your loved ones to help you if you are struggling. Shift your attention to the positive and be more optimistic. Imagine the best-case scenarios or the good things that may happen in the future. Focus your attention on something pleasing as it occurs, consciously enjoying the experience. Not just special moments, but everyday pleasures such as a meal or visit with a friend.

Be grateful. Every make a gratitude list, whether written or in your mind. Over time, it will bet easier to recognize things to be thankful for. Catch yourself if you are blaming someone or something outside of yourself. Learn to take responsibility in your life, and ask yourself what you can do in any given situation. And ask for help from friends, family or a professional if you are struggling with these suggestions.

Choose an attitude of love, curiosity, and gratitude. You will be amazed and how much better you feel.
