Fitness Prescription

Scientific research has yet to produce a magic pill that can guarantee a longer, more meaning life. A regular dose of fitness, however, comes close to that wonder drug that so many have only dreamed of.

If administered correctly, exercise prescriptions promises numerous life-altering benefits. And just think! When was the last time you took a prescription that didn’t cost much, had only good side effects, and also was fun and social?

Many drug prescriptions require another medication to counteract the side effects of the initial treatment. A fitness prescription, by contrast, may serve to reduce the need for blood pressure and cholesterol medications and is also help for persons with diabetes.
