Lewis County Students to Host Fields of Faith Event, Joining Thousands of Youth Across U.S. This Fall

Students from Lewis County will join thousands of other youth on athletic fields across the nation this Fall, to share their Christian faith with fellow students during the 18th annual national Fellowship of Christian Athletes’ Field of Faith event.

This rapidly growing, interdenominational outreach event will be held at more than 500 locations throughout the nation.

While most Christian events are held by adult speakers to sponsors, FCA’s Field of Faith is student to student ministry, which means that the students themselves are meeting and organizing along with area staff the whole event.

Peers invite their own classmates and teammates to meet on their school’s athletic field to hear fellow students share their testimonies, challenge them to read the Bible and come to faith in Jesus Christ.

The local FCA huddles will have a Field of Faith event on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Lewis County High School Football Stadium.

Everyone is invited, including local churches, youth groups, etc. to come and be a part of the event.

It is such a blessing to come and witness these youth do skits,read scripture, worship, and share their testimonies.
