CLARENCE BUSBY

Clarence Junior Busby, 79, of Hohenwald, passed away on September 11, 2024, at his home. He was born on December 11, 1944, in Ethridge, to the late Jessie Clarence Busby and Alma Lucille Crews Busby.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sharon Layne Harris, and his siblings, Frances Busby Richardson, Marvin Glenn Busby, Robert Lee Busby, Dorthea Elizabeth Hollis, and Foster Jack Busby.

He is survived by his loving companion, Katherine Rogers; his sons, Clarence Wayne, Timothy Shayne, Richard Blayne, and Dustin Mitchell; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and many extended family members.

A family visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18, 20224 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be announced in the coming days.
