Local Business Celebrates Grand Openings with Ribbon Cutting: Kristler Haus

Maple Street has added a revitalized space to it's list of great local businesses donning the street, and on September 26th, several members of the community gathered to honor such. The new venue, originally built as a cabinet shop, has been named in honor of one of Hohenwald's beloved past patriarchs, Kenneth Kistler (12/6/26-2/28-19). The Kistler Family was one of the oldest Swiss families who came to Hohenwald at the end of the last century, and Mr. Kenneth Kistler was involved with the school system here in Lewis County for close to 49 years!

This beautiful venue, owned by the Historical Society, offers endless possibilities to serve our community! Whether you're planning a wedding, birthday party, or other special event, Kristler Haus is the perfect setting to make your moments unforgettable.
