City of Hohenwald Implements New Feature

CitiSen Portal, the program used by the City of Hohenwald for utility billing, is now more convenient than ever. You can now enroll in Auto Pay online with CitiSen Portal. “It’s an easy and secure way to make sure our hard working citizens can get their utility bill paid on time and with convenience that fits any busy schedule,” said City Mayor Danny McKnight.

To sign up for Auto Pay with CitiSen Portal:

1. Log into CitiSen Portal

2. Click on Auto Pay Settings from the My Accounts page

3. Select your payment method from the Payment Method dropdown.

a. If you do not have a payment method setup, you can set one up by selecting ‘Add a new payment method’ from the Payment Method dropdown.

b. Your payment will be automatically charged to this payment method 3 days prior to the due date each month.

4. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment in Auto Pay.

5. You will receive an email notification when there is a new bill, along with an email confirmation when the automatic payment is processed.
