Veterans & Memorial Day Parades/Programs:
These annual events are held to honor and in honor of the brave service men and women who fight and fought to keep us free. Community members, civic organizations, and the schools all get involved in these programs.

October Heritage Festival: This fall celebration highlights Hohenwald’s cultural roots with food trucks, live music, craft vendors, and a popular yard sale that stretches along highway 20.

South Central Area Fair: An annual fall fair with rides, contests, and exciting events like demolition derby, jump-n-run, and kid’s money drop.

A spring gathering with local crafts, food trucks, and family- friendly activities, supporting the Lewis County Public Library’s programs.

Annual Christmas Parade:
The Christmas Parade is always held the first Thursday in December. The theme is usually announced within a month after the fair, and everyone is encouraged to build a float and/or attend!

Christmas in Hohenwald:
A festive, 2-weekend event with holiday vendors, trolley rides, carolers, and decorations throughout downtown, bring the community together for the season.
