Serving Hohenwald, Lewis County Tennessee Since 1898
Q.) Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
A.) I was raised on Swan creek, on a farm with horses, chickens, pigs and peacocks. A middle sibling to two older sisters and a younger brother. My daddy was the late Terry "TA" Anderson mother is Donna Tharp Anderson. We were raised to appreciate everything we had, raised to respect our elders always put God first. Mama made us attend every church service throughout the week no matter what else we had going on. My grandfather, late pastor Jack Tharp was the pastor of Napier Pentecostal church at Napier where we attended and where I was baptized. I am thankful for my up bringing in Christ which has moulded me into who I am today. I spent a majority of my childhood with my father's parents Eddie and Dorothy Anderson, whom we've lost along the years. I went two-stepping (a cowboys waltz) with them often, boating and camping at the Tennessee river, fishing and hunting with my pawpaw and my daddy, I am thankful for a raising so scarce to todays culture. I did pageants all throughout my school years which took place of any sport. I graduated high school in 2009 and then went to Tennessee Technology of Applied College and graduated with my Early Childhood Education Certificate. Soon after meeting my love whom I married in 2014, Chad Middleton. When we married I became the bonus mom to his three beautiful children. We had our first little girl in 2014, Haven Grace. Then in 2016, Brinley Marie. Our youngest born in 2021 , Asher Cage, a blessing to my family after dealing with great loss over losing my granny (meme) in 2021 and then a domino effect of death and grief. I am a stay-at-home mother today. I am blessed with 6 beautiful children, a beautiful home, and the hardest working man and father to our children. I have furthered my education online in Real-Estate. In hopes of pursuing it further as my littlest starts pre school. I also own 4 Golden Retrievers and 8 hens that I care for! I don't find myself worthy of "person of the week" in fact far from it, but if I could leave you with a piece of wisdom I've gained in my 33 years on this Earth it's... Make God your first and everything else second... Through the Holy Spirit and faith you will overcome!
