DoubleCreek 10th Annual Muzzleloader/Archery Deer Hunt for Purple Heart Recipients

DoubleCreek in Hohenwald was host to the 10th Annual Muzzleloader/Archery Deer Hunt for Purple Heart recipients. This event sponsored by Wounded Warriors in Action Foundation (WWIAF.org) was hosted by Dennis Reynolds and Shelley Cohen. With incredible support from this and surrounding communities, these heroes had an opportunity to connect with a commonality of being wounded while serving.

Purple Heart recipients participating were from South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee as veterans from the Vietnam War and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
