MCKINNEY AND JUANA M. MCKINNEY, to Kathy Clark, Trustee, on July 14, 2005, at Record Book 66, Page 774-779 as Instrument No. 17429 in the real property records of Lewis County Register’s Office, Tennessee.

Beginning at a point in the center of the Mt. Joy Road (noted in deed of record in Deed Book A-8 at page 140, ROLCT, as Swan Creek Road), said point being the northeast corner of a tract conveyed to James D. Irwin et ux. by deed of Mary Lamar and Nealie Lamar, of record in Deed Book A-8 at page 140, ROLCT, of which this is a part, and being the northernmost northwest corner of a tract conveyed to James D. Irwin et ux. by deed of Herman F. King et ux., dated May 26, 1978, and of record in Deed Book A-15 at page 266, ROLCT, of which this is a part; thence leaving Mt. Joy road in a southerly direction, passing a walnut tree at 300 feet, in all 400 feet to an iron pin; thence west 216 feet to a beech tree in the western boundary of the tract described at A-15 at page 266, ROLCT; thence North 12 degrees West 111 feet to a mulberry tree standing in the southwest corner of the tract described at A-8 at page 140, ROLCT; thence with the western boundary of the tract described at A-8 at page 140, ROLCT, in a northwestwardly direction 765 feet to the corner of Mt. Joy Road in a eastwardly direction 1,000 feet to the point of beginning.
Being the same property conveyed to Juana Maria I, McKinney by deed from Juanita H. Irwin dated 06/09/95 and recorded 06/14/95 in the Lewis Clerk`s Office in Book A69, Page 97.

This property is being sold with the express reservation that the sale is subject to confirmation by the lender or trustee. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the purchase price.
