In reference to our recently passed away President, Jimmy Carter, we could all take a lesson from this example of a life well lived. A 100 years of “staying on track” speaks well of a history to be looked at. It’s been said “you don’t have to be successful, only faithful”. Who are we to say, “that’s only for each individual, not entire Nations”? We’ve certainly conducted ourselves as if it’s the former.

Odd how praises are greater “after the facts”. We excuse ourselves with a simple “I don’t know”, while living with our constant criticisms including “he never, he couldn’t, he didn’t”.
