Keltner Elected as Chairman of the Board: Executive Committee of the South Central Tennessee Development District

The Executive Committee of the South Central Tennessee Development District (SCTDD) recently met and appointed its officers for 2025. During the meeting, Lewis County Mayor Jonah Keltner was elected Chairman of the Board.

Also appointed as officers at the meeting were Marshall County Mayor, Mike Keny, who was elected Vice-Chairman, and Fayetteville City Mayor, Donna Hartman, who was elected as Secretary/Treasurer. The three officers were sworn in last month at the SCTTD headquarters in Mt. Pleasant by Interim Executive Director, Richard Stewart.
